Dr Felicity Breen is a medical doctor who has become a specialist in Paediatric and Adolescent Health and Medicine.
Qualifications
- Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP, 1995). Dr Breen's qualification as a medical specialist in Paediatric Medicine involved another six years of full-time study, work and assessment, following her graduation as a doctor.
- Post Graduate Diploma in Child Health (DCH 1989) from Otago University, Dunedin, New Zealand. This is a one year course of work, study and examination undertaken by doctors with a special interest in child health.
- Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery with Honours (MBBS Hons, 1986) from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. This is Dr Breen's basic medical degree, which allows her to be recognised as qualified medical doctor. It involved five years of full-time study covering all aspects of medicine, clinical experience as a medical student, and numerous clinical and written examinations.

- Dr Breen is currently fully registered to practice as a specialist doctor in New Zealand and Australia. You can see her registration at the Medical Council of New Zealand website.
- Dr Breen is also a full participant in the Royal Australasian College of Physicians' Maintenance of Professional Standards (MOPS) programme.
